Developed in 1973 as housing facility for military members and inhabitant in 1974 onward. The complex divided into 124, 65/55, 60 and 25 houses units. Used to secured by Kiwal (Kompi Pengawal - Guard Company). Currently occupied by retired military members and civilians. By the end of 70s up to early 80s, a complex for Dept. Pekerjaan Umum employees was built surround the Komplek MABAD. The first & second sectors of Bintaro Jaya housing complex was also built in the same period as PU complex, closer to Unit 25 complex.
