  • Beautiful rural mountain community with lots of antique shops & fast food. Dry county so no chain restaurants & medical services are sparse. Blue Ridge has a very small 60 bed Hospital when I lived there in 1999-2000. Reminded me of Vermont or New Hampshire. Great southern hospitality abounds.
