Built in 1916 for Mr. and Mrs. (Amy Phipps) Frederick Guest to designs by F. Burrall Hoffman. Famous picture of C. Z. Guest poolside on cover of Slim Aarons book "Once Upon A Time". Currently owned by the Leighton Rosenthal family.

  • The original house was two stories. The second floor was removed mid 1900s but the house is the original first story. Pool house and temple we’re added by Guest. Renovated but not destroyed or gutted.
