6-story office building completed in 1894. Designed by Richard Berger as a store and warehouse, it is clad in tan brick. Piers divide the facade into four bays of four windows each, with cast-iron pilasters between the panes. The top floor is set with a row of round-arched windows below an iron cornice. A metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Tse Cashmere boutique, Giggle baby & kids furniture, Tibi shoes, and BCBG Max Azria boutique. Other tenants of the building include The Seventh Art creative agency and 24-Seven talent agency.
