210-foot, 20-story hotel completed in 2008. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it consists of a 3-story metal-clad base, with a midsection clad in dark-grey brick, and a 4-story metal-clad top section, the top floor of which is sharply angled back with large skylight-like windows. The building is set back from the street, with a covered portico extending to the sidewalk, covered with two glass pyramids. The ground floor shares the lobby with the San Marino restaurant.
