I've lived in Bloc 6 for 14 years from 1970 to 1984. Unfortunately, the place looks just like it used to 20 years ago...still the same original paint since it was built. The surroundings have changed big time, with cars being parked in the old "green spaces" between the buildings; that's just a sign of the times....
