well it was constructed to counter the drought problem of nearby villages and it is still serving many villages and i have never seen it dry since my childhood. i use to go there every morning whenever i am at home. i love the calm enviroment provided by this spot......a worth visiting place......but no body is there to maintain it...only the nearby villagers use to clean it before the rains but nothing on the behalf of government is done... it's a shame as it has been identified as one of the visiting spot of our so called heritage city of churu and nobody takes care of it....if u can sort out the problem any how plzzz do some thing to protect our "virasat"......
