condominium, high-rise, 1920s construction

110 East Washington Street is 200'-tall and contains 15 floors. Prior to 2001, it was a vacant office building. In 2002, the building was converted to 28 condominiums, surpassing Tarkington Tower as the tallest owner-occupied residential building in Indianapolis. Interesting note: during renovations, the concave eastern facade was "filled in" to include balconies for every condominium unit.
