Apartment complex with a 7-11 and Moby's Fish & Chicken on the ground floor. Built in 1907, the building originally housed the offices of publisher Thomas J. Keenan. Architect Thomas Hannah modeled the Keenan Building after the Spreckels (later Call) Building of 1898 in San Francisco. Relief portraits of 10 notables, most of whom had some local connection, adorn the facade.
