365-foot, 29-story International-style office building completed in 1969. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, it has prominent white travertine-clad columns that run vertically up all four facades, and rest of grey and red granite plinths. The ground floor on the Wall Street side is recessed behind the columns, creating an arcade. Between each column, the upper floors have curtain walls of bronzed glass, with narrow black metal framing. The Water and Front Street elevations are divided into six bays, while the two shorter sides have five. At the top floor, there are recessed openings between the piers. The ground floor is occupied by FedEx Office, a Verizon store, and Gregorys Coffee.
