Built in 1932, this structure served as the town hall and then city hall for Atlantic Beach until 1991, when the new structure at 800 Seminole Rd was completed. This building was renovated in 2002 and now serves as a meeting and performance center for the city of Atlantic Beach. It is named for the former city clerk, Adele Grage.

Located on a corner of Bull Park, the Adele Grage Cultural Center consists of 2500 square feet of combined office space, a meeting/reception room (open for public reservation), a full-use kitchen, computers, and a small theater. It serves as the home to the Atlantic Beach Experimental Theatre.

The Atlantic Beach Experimental Theatre (ABET) offers theatre performances from September to May throughout the year. During summer months, ABET offers children’s theatre workshops for ages 5-12 years. For tickets call (904) 247-7177.
