Landmark Chicago Building, former home of the Bush & Gerts Piano Company. Designed by renowned architect J.E.O. Pridmore, the building is a representation of when Chicago was the leading piano manufacturing center in the world. A rare example of French Renaissance Revival-style architecture, an unusual style in both Chicago and the U.S. Designated a Chicago Landmark in 2001, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.
