Urban-type settlement in Kherson Oblast, Ukraine.

From archived data, Kozatske was founded on June, 9, 1782, as domain of Ivan Ostherman and engulfed territory about 164 quadr.km. The name of settlement originates from the Dnepr sleeve Kozak, which a village lies on. It's first remembered in 1672
On a route is stoning bridge of the highway Ekatherin II and monument of Bogdan Khmelnitsky. On this territory of village are ruins of palace of the prince Petro Trubetskoy of 1884 were saved.
To our days ruins of palace, protection, economic buildings, pigs, bridge, composition and wing, in style of gothic pseudoarchitecture were saved.

In 2008 the decision to pick up thread the estate in a primary kind is accepted.
