Built in 1917 to designs by Edward L. Palmer for Mr. and Mrs. (Nannie Poultney Fisher) Corbin Braxton Dallam, on the former site of the house of Arunah S. Abell that gave the neighborhood its name. In 2004 it was the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's 28th Annual Decorator Show House.
