Apalit is a landlocked municipality in the province of Pampanga in the Philippines. It had a population of 101,537 people as registered in the 2010 Census. An old town, it was founded in 1597.

Apalit is bordered by the towns of Macabebe, Masantol, Minalin and San Simon (all of Pampanga province) and Calumpit (of Bulacan).
