Several hundred yard 20-50 foot deep and a couple of feet wide cracks that formed when the volcano cooled under the lake.
Can be reached from marked parking area to the SE. Allow 3 hours for the hike up & to look around and get back to the car.
No shade and not a easy hike with all the cinders under-foot
