Formerly known as the Insular Life Building. Afterwards, it was acquired by the Land Management Bureau (LMB) and served as its headquarters since the 1930s. The building was damaged during the Battle of Manila in 1945. It was restored afterwards and was retrofitted. It was damaged by fire on May 28, 2018, and LMB relocated to a new headquarters in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. The building remains abandoned.
