The original campus boiler house, now called the Maintenance Building, was built in 1924 to serve as the central boiler plant for provision of hot water to the campus. Since conversion to an all-electric campus in the 1970s, the building has been used as a workshop, supplies area, and carpentry shop for ground maintenance crews and carpenters.
