Earlley Hall, built in 1969 to house administrative offices, was named after Harry W. Earlley who came to the Edinboro State Teachers College faculty in 1946-47. He later served as dean of instruction, dean of academic affairs, chairman of admissions, and was acting college president for 48 days until his death on March 25, 1966. The building now holds the facilities storeroom, police station, plumbing and electrical shops, maintenance and facilities, and the construction office.
