Centennial Hall was completed in 1960 and named in honor of the institution's centennial, which was observed during an all-day convocation on December 12, 1957, with Governor George Leader in attendance. Formerly a residence hall, the building houses faculty offices for the departments of Nursing, English, Foreign Languages and Philosophy, as well as the office of International Student Services.
