Place de Toscane is located at the junction of Park Districts and Lake, the shopping center and La Vallée Village. It is the second largest square Urban Center, during the Eastern Place d'Ariane. Loosely based on the place of the Amphitheatre Lucca in Tuscany which gives its oval shape, and pre-Haussman Parisian architecture, will host 150 dwellings in accession residence accommodation 150 rooms, as well as dozen restaurants with terraces and shops on 2400m2 of retail space.
