NRHP - National Register of Historic Places, summerhouse
Built 1914 by mill owner Daniel Hebard. Henry Ford bought the mill in 1923 to make wooden parts for his cars (floor boards, wagon boxes), and the house was part of the sale. Ford used the house as his summer home until 1941, when the mill closed. Designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1979, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
