Building B was one of the buildings recently vacated in 2009 by SPTV (Sony Pictures Television). Among those in the building were both Production and Post Production offices, as well as the TV Dub Room where all DVD's for current shows and Pilots were duplicated. Production and Post Production both relocated to the Jack Cohan building on the Sony Lot, while the Dub Room relocated to the Harry Cohan building.

Another well known tenant of Building B is Mel Brooks with his company Brooks Productions located on the second floor. He also has a designated parking spot right next to the building.
