Ransom's Wharf is a new proposal to develop a mixed use scheme behind Foster's Albion Riverside in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

The plans consist of four blocks rising to 12 floors in height with 159 new apartments planned of which 54 will be affordable, and also 3,350 square metres of mixed use commercial floor space ranging from restaurants and cafes to offices and even the possibility of studios for artists.

The scheme has been designed by CZWG for investment vehicle, the Curatus Trust Company which is a firm based in Maritius.

It stands bounded to the north by Hester Road with Elcho Street to the west and Parkgate Road to the south. To the east is Ransom's Dock which will be utilised by the proposals which aim at providing a new paved area overlooking it.
