The building houses Tourism Vancouver, Phillips Hager North (an investment firm), Methanex, Borden Ladner Gervais (a law firm), and Intrawest. The Consulates of Norway and Luxembourg are co-located in the law offices of Ladner & Downs on the 12th floor.
