This hospital is located on a US Army Post. It is the most advanced and well equipped US hospital outside of USA. If anyone is badly injured overseas they will more then likely be brought here, before being flown to the US. Injured soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan that are also brought here for injuries that can't be handled in the Field Hospitals. Houses a food court, PX, Barber, and other services that might be needed by soldiers staying at the hospital(also available to everyone with an Id card). Most is two floors, except for main building which is three floors.

  • The place that put me back together several times after I'd been wounded. Also the primary facility to handle the casualties from the Ramstein Air Show disaster in the 80's. The doctors and nurses there are some of the best you'll ever have the privledge to see.
  • I was stationed here in the mid-70's; I worked in the HQ for PO&T - LTC Powell, CPT Bongard, MSG Page, SGT Kendall, SP5 Moreno, Frau Lewis were my coworkers and friends. I loved this area and would love to go back and visit some day.
