A large residential neighborhood outside of New Castle, DE
The original portion of the neighborhood, built during the post war boom, is located on the streets closer to Route 13. In the late 80s, the neighborhood was expanded east to Route 9 with new single family homes.
A portion of this neighborhood also received several scares in its history.
