  A fully capable, under utilized gateway, for the world. This door should be open. Closed since @2001, due to natural (floods, earthquakes) and manmade, (theft, lazyness)+this neglected port,with direct access to the riches of the interior with the world in exchange for goods of other countries flavors (ie electronics) is an agreed upon useful nonfunctioning resource. Any Help? jhc
