  There is Karyampudi Vari Street as well. Karyampudi is a well known family in Perala. Karyampdi China Veeranna 1805-1865, was a prominent trader who did business with overseas using the nearby sea port Mtupalli. His son Karyampudi Rajamannar 1846-1916 , a literary stalwart was a poet and Sathavadhani. His nephew, Venkata Krishnaiah 1872-1935 was also a Telugu and Sanskrit Scholor, who did Avadhanams. His nephew, Rajamannar, was also a Scholor in Telugu and Sanskrit. He worked as a Principal of Govt. Arts and Science Collages, and earned his name as an efficient administrator. He was an author of many Telugu books in prose and Poetry..
