A public educational facility within the Toronto District School Board, serving grades 9-12. It has a multicultural enrollment of 1250 students, with a strong vocational program. The school opened in 1967.

Westview has a strict code of conduct and uniform policy for students, to stem the issue of gang related behavior that has become a problem in the Jane and Finch area. On top of their regular studies students are required to conduct 40 hours of community service in order to graduate.
