Is a residential village. Barangay Laging Handa (English: "Always Prepared")is a motto of Boy Scouts of the Philippines, it is named in honor of the Philippine contingent of Boy Scouts who died in a plane crash in India on their way to 11th World Scout Jamboree in Marathon, Greece in 1963.

Also, the streets of this barangay is named to 22 scouts in their honor.

  • Too many robberies and burglaries. After 27 years this barangay is no longer safe. We had to move out :(
  • We used to live in this area. So many childhood memories from the early ‘70s to early ‘80s. We left for the US in the 80’s & I was only able to visit last year after 35 years. So much has changed. I miss the good old days. Too bad it’s no longer a safe place from what I’ve read here. It used to be quiet & safe. Now it’s so crowded
