The home and farm scenes from the movie Signs were filmed here. This is part of Delaware Valley College. Shyamalan had a house constructed in the middle of the box. After filming, the house was sold and trucked off the property to another part of the county. It has been restored to cornfields and is still an active farm.

  • There is a one lane gravel road which meets with Almshouse Rd. This road passes around the corn field where the house was constructed. I've taken my kids there a couple times at dusk for a fun spooky thrill
