This is a 'Ground + 10' storeyed building, built in 'V' shape. There is an ample parking space, a fountain in the front, a garden with lawn and children's play-equipments on the back-side. The building was completed in the year 1994 by the builder 'Chhadva & Gala Associates'. There are two wings - 'A' & 'B'. In the front of the building, 'Highway Ashirwad' building is located and on the side, there is 'Morar Ashirwad', both buildings built by the same builder.

The access to the building is from a service road built on the West side of the E.E.Highway near the Nitin Junction.

Purva & Prapti live in one of the apartments of 'Morar Ashish'.
