5-story office building originally completed as three separate 19th-century townhouses, joined and renovated in 1940. The three sections of facade are clad in brick painted different shades of blue, the center one being narrower. Each has three bays of windows with white wooden framed and white-painted sills, at staggered levels. The windows are highest on the east facade, and lowest on the middle one. The west facade has only four floors. The main entrance is in the center facade, with a glass door and sidelight framed in wood, flanked by a pair of windows. The east facade has a storefront with a plate-glass display window and glass door, and the west facade has another storefront with a display window and the most elaborate entrance, round-arched and framed by fluted stone pillars supporting an entablature with a swagged frieze and cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Blue Gallery.
