6-story residential building completed in 1951. Designed by Leo Stillman, it is clad in variegated reddish-brown brick. The building is roughly H-shaped, with light courts at the middle of the front and back. The front light court extends halfway back and then narrows to a deeper rear wall at the center, which has two bays of double-windows. The side walls of the deepest section have two bays of single-windows, and the narrow front wall at the junction of the wider and narrower light court areas has one bay of single-windows on both sides. At the east side here is the main entrance at the ground floor, with black metal-and-glass double-doors and a transom framed in white stone and topped by a black metal canopy angling forward to the right. The front sidewall sections have another bay of single-windows.

The east and west wings flanking the light court are symmetrical, with double-window end bays, followed by a single-window and two more double-windows toward the middle. The west end bay in the west wing is shorter to allow a gated basement entrance below it. The inner two bays on both wings are linked by thin stone sills and lintels, and thin brick banding in between. Black metal fire escapes run down the front sidewalls of the light court. The facade is dotted with protruding air-conditioning units, and the roof line is marked by a metal coping.

The building contains 55 apartment units.
