Former bank building originally chartered as the Eastern District Savings Bank of City of Brooklyn which later became the Roosevelt Savings Bank. It appears to have been gutted on the interior but the facade remains intact to an extent. Its attic and cornice have been removed. The vault, however, was retained and is used as a bicycle storage locker.
