This was, briefly, the personal studio of Universal star, Francis Ford (FordArt, ca 1919-1924), brother of the famous director John Ford ("Stagecoach," "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance").

Also occupied by Trem Carr (1925-1935 aka Monogram)., Conn (1935) Alexander Studios (1929-1934) and by long term occupant, Stern Pictures (1927-1943).
