6-story boutique hotel completed in 1889. Designed by Schneider & Herter as an apartment house. It was remodeled and converted to a hotel in the early 1900s, with a simplified white stucco entrance floor, and a red-painted brick facade with a vertical tier of paired windows rising up each side of the facade. The entrance has a curving stoop, with a black iron and stucco railing.
