 apartment building, commercial building

4-story residential/commercial building originally completed around the 1870s as a townhouse. Sometime in the early 1900s a 2-story commercial storefront was installed, which was last remodeled in 2018. The ground floor, faced in beige stone, has a glass door to the upper floors at the left, down a slight ramp. To the right is a glass-and-metal storefront with a glass door at its left.

The upper floors are faced in beige-painted stucco, scored into blocks. The 2nd floor's single-window on the left replaces a former 2nd-floor entry, and is shorter than the other two windows, with a paneled lintel above it. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with stone sills. Air-conditioning vents have been cut below the eastern two bays on both floors. The facade is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, dentils, and ornamented panels. The ground floor is occupied by Q&M Nails.
