5-story mercantile building completed in the late 1800s as a townhouse. The brownstone facade is painted beige, with a black stone storefront at the ground floor, and concrete facing on the 2nd floor, which has a band of four large windows. The three bays of windows on the upper floors have had their original full stone surrounds removed, leaving remnants on the facade. A brown metal roof cornice with brackets and panels remains at the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Ippudo Japanese restaurant.
