Located at Wanda on the former Southern Pacific Tustin branch, the Villa Park organization was established in 1912, consisting of 48 local growers, and incorporated in 1913. As operations grew, the association purchased the old Santiago Orange Growers Association's building, built at the beginning of WWI, located on N. Cypress in Orange. By 1981, the packing house located here was vacated and demolished, as Villa Park moved all of their operations into their Orange packing house.
