Harbor, 0.5 mi long and wide, entered between Flag Point and Lecuyer Point on the W side of Wiencke Island, in the Palmer Archipelago. Discovered by the FrAE, 1903-05, and named by Charcot for Edouard Lockroy, French politician and Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies, who assisted Charcot in obtaining government support for the expedition.
