Bay lying between Deliverance Point and Cape Perez on the W coast of Graham Land. First charted by the BelgAE under Gerlache, 1897-99. Named by the UK-APC in 1959 for R. Admiral Kenneth St.B. Collins, RN, Hydrographer of the Navy for a number of years beginning in 1955.
