  • The pools are intact and are used by the locals to swim in the summer. The roof of the indoor pool was removed in the spring of 1992 by one of the local contractors because the steel brackets in the trusses had rusted out and was sagging.
  • The pools are now permanently closed. The earth quake damaged them beyond repair.
  • I spent my childhood here, some of my best memories are of going back and forth from the indoor to the outdoor pool. My parents would drop us off and we would meet up with all of our friends. It is sad that the Indian tribe that has it has not done anything with it. Would love to see the pool's respectful and returned to some natural beauty. I know that this take's money. Much Love to all.
