  • Mallik Complex is deprived from proper roads , water supply and street lights.The bhubaneswar municipality is not treating it as theirs.
  • Developer of Mallik Complex perhaps thought that it is enough to divide the area into plots and sell to people without bothering about roads and drains.Now houses have come up without roads . The entire area is filthy and muddy.Why does BMC ignore this locality is a mystery.
