Location: Plaza Orense at the corner of J.P. Rizal Street & Kapitan Ponso Street, Bauan, Batangas
The monument is a full body statue of Andres Bonifacio standing on a base with a plaque. The statue has both hands raised, on the right hand holding the symbolic "bolo" while a revolutionary flag on the left hand.
It was donated to the people of Bauan, Batangas by the "Kampon ni Pakakak".
