Constructed in 1906 for the Ohio and Savings Trust, the 12 story office building contains 280,720 sq. ft.. Designed by architects, Mills, Rhines, Bellmen & Nordhoff, it features a frieze above the second story that depicts the history of Ohio. It was the longtime home of Toledo Edison, from 1935 to 1971 and was known as the Edison Building.
