Chalmeda Anandrao Institute of Medical Sciences run by Arihant Educational Society is a full-fledged Medical College with 750-bedded Teaching Hospital established in 2003. It is situated in unpolluted and serene surroundings at a 10-minute drive from the Karimnagar City, beside Karimnagar-Ramagundam Rajiv High Way at Bommakal. CAIMS has well planned campus spread over 35 acres of area with ultra modern medical facilities. It has been successfully running MBBS Course with an annual intake of 150 students for the last five consecutive years. This institute is also imparting the B.Sc. (Nursing) Course & M.Sc. (Medical) Courses in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology and Microbiology. Many more paramedical courses are to be commenced within a short period of time.

CAIMS is synonymous with quality teaching and training. The ambitious desire of the management is to establish CAIMS as a premier medical college and teaching hospital in the country. Each member of the faculty is master in his chosen field of specialization. Students are trained theoretically, practically & clinically under the watchful eyes of the decades of experienced faculty and the College provides the best of facilities for the students to grow as well trained medical graduates.

Library is extended to provide students with a comfortable, high-tech learning environment. CAIMS has a technology centre in the library with latest high-end systems with high-speed internet facility. Plenty of Books related to modern medical education and nearly 100 medical journals both the Indian and Foreign have already subscribed. In addition to this, the Institute has departmental libraries in each and every department.

CAIMS well-designed campus situated in a picturesque location has separate structures for 750-bedded teaching Hospital, O.P.D. Block, Administrative Block, Medical College, and it is an institution for medical, paramedical & nursing courses under one roof. It is facilitated with clinical laboratories and includes demo rooms and audio-visual labs.


Separate Hostel Blocks for Boys and Girls, each room equipped with good amenities for living and studying.

Other facilities like subsidized canteen, dining hall with hygienic kitchen, mineral water plant to supply the water for the entire Campus. A state of the art fully equipped auditorium with a seating capacity of 1000 people, well developed playgrounds with latest sports and games material and hi-tech modern gymnasium are provided.

  • Majority Students from this college had no work they Jus enjoy our side..they do time pass on the name of love..these people r not at all fit for doing mbbs.management should take this seriously and should send every outing date and time when the student goes out from the campus and came in..to there parents ...unfit for mbbs students whose performance is bad in exams and who are not attending for postings should not allow to write exams and should not allow them to promote for next semister ...when parents ask about what is the're child performance management should bring to notice about each and every activity of the student doing in the campus ..to improve and raise the standard of caims management should follow all the above and following..1, student should attend each and every postings . 2, students who fails to pass there subjects in 2 attempts should make them detained.. 3, students must be responsible ...to ward's there profession.. 4, each and every student must be supervision under professor during postings .. 5, no Mersey should be shown towards students during viva ... 6, parents meet should be conducted after every semister .and should be discussion of top grade achieved by students..by names... 7, parents of the students who fails to clear there subjects must attend this parents meeting..during this meeting management should able to submit the conduct of the student ..ie why the student unable to clear the exams...behavior of there student must be took in to there notice. 8,even after the parents meet if student doesn't change there behavior and clear the subjects in suppliers..if the student is of management seat his seat should be cancelled ...and make them enrolled again newly from the beginning... 9, if the student is of merit then his seat should be turned in to management seat if he r she needs to continue his study... 10, if behavior of student is bad and rude even after some counselings then he r she should be straight away suspended from the course.....
