360 Condominiums is a residential skyscraper in Downtown Austin, Texas, United States. It stands 472 ft (144 m) tall (563 ft (172 m) with a spire) with 44 floors and contains 433 condominium units and 14,000 sq ft (1,300 sq m) of retail space. The building, designed by Preston Partnership LLC, was constructed by J.E. Dunn Construction from June 2006 until January 2008. It was the tallest building in Austin from 2008 until 2010.
