Modernist home designed c. 1953 by A. James Speyer for Ben Rose who was a textile artist. The house was featured in the 1986 film "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" as the home of Cameron Frye where his dad's Ferrari met its untimely demise. Also known as The Ben Rose Auto Museum.

The 5,300-square-foot house was listed for sale in May 2009 for $2.3 million. It sold May 2014 for $1.06 million.
